I might be getting two female dogs 1 year old and two but I already own a male dog 6 years old and I don't want any puppies.

It pretty much depends on which vet, where you are located, and what size and age are your females. we live in alberta and for our 40lb female it cost 280.00 not including blood testing before hand and that price was one of the cheaper prices i got when i called around.. i'd call around and ask the vets prices. also we might want to look into spay/neuter clinics in your area.

As people have said, it depends on size of dog and where you live. Quickest way to get your answer is ring round the vets in your area for quotes, they'll be able to tell you right away.

Spaying fees go by weight, how much do the girls weigh??

Also, since they have most likely been through their first heat cycle, the spay becomes more expensive (anywhere from $50-$100) because the anatomy is more complex.

It really varies from place to place. It's best to call around the vets in your area.

I think my female cost around $200. I am just outside of Toronto.
