Since summer is here, I want to tone and shape my body. I am 5'4 weigh about 1 pounds and am a size 1. I used to be a size 0 and I want to get back to that.
I gained 8 pounds and now I don't fit into my size 0 pants. Over the summer (beginning June 5, 2007 and ending August 31, 2007)
I would like to lose 13 pounds. Is this possible within 12 weeks?
I have a pretty good body, and I know what I am going to do for my plan.
My main problem is eating healthy. But I am ready to do it. I am just interested in what you think. Will my plan work? I just want to lose the 12 pounds, make my stomach Victoria's Secret model flat, tighten my thighs, reduce my bra size, and firm my body (not so that I have bulging muscles)

If you're really a size one then I personally don't think you need to loose weight! All you might want to do is tone you're muscles. Eating healthy and exercising are always good things to do but seriously, 100 pounds is borderline underweight for a girl who is 5'4! I'm at a perfect weight (according to nutritionist ) for my height. I weigh 125 and I'm 5'6 1/2. It might be best to consult a doctor or nutritionist before going on a diet.

It's all well and good that you want to eat healthy and look good, however, when you get too thin as you are now, you aren't healthy. You aren't getting the nutrition that your body needs.
Eating healthy is pretty easy. A good proportion of all the food groups, cut back on sugar, high fats and calories...and just eat until you get full.
To get that flat stomach....Exercise. Even if you lost more weight, it wouldn't guarantee a flat stomach. You can lose weight, but still have the flabby skin in some areas.
You need to realize that as you get older, your body fills out...it doesn't matter how much you try to diet....you will continue to do this.
You could research Nutrition online...or at your local library. There are some really great books out there that can teach you how to eat healthy.

I have read that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week and if you have 12 weeks to achieve this weight loss goal, it is possible. As for exercise, lots of cardio like jumping rope and lifting light weights at high repitition, this makes you tone, also be sure to lift 3 times a week, lifting burns caolries during the resting period, also do cardio at least 5 times a week with 2 days of rest a week, because if you over do it you can injure yourself and injury leads to weight gain. As for nutrition you should be eating a small nutritious meal every 2-3 hours lots of fruits and vegetables and lean proteins like chicken and fish and lots of whole grains like oatmeal, by eating every 2-3 hours you wil speed up your metabolism. lastly size 0? sounds small enough but if you lose the 12-13 pounds and still dont feel small enough you might have body dismorphya and should consult an expert/therapist.

You said you want a perfect body, but in whose eyes and at what cost? Hunny, size one? People would kill for that, not that it matters. There is so much more in the world your ONE person and ONE pant size! Definitely eat healthy but otherwise forget it and relax.

Oh you poor baby, you can't get into your size "0" pants?! You obese whale, you.
Shut up, quit your whining and accept that you won't be the same size for the rest of your life.
I threw away my size 0s because it had to be done. A woman's body changes to get ready for babies.
Unless you want to look like Nicole Richie.
You are insulting fat people everywhere and you need a beating. :)

no...your plan wont work..cause if you want to eat healthy like you say you would gain weight rather than lose...worry more about school and things that truely matter rather than your size 0 pant size.
