Nope! Enjoy your cheese!
Don't overindulge, but contrary to popular belief, eating FAT is not going to make you fat. True, fat is higher in calories but your body needs fats to function properly and it tends to hoard anything that its being deprived of, if you want to lose weight you don't want to cut fat out of your diet, just keep it reasonable.
Daily helpings of dairy have also been shown to increase weight loss!
Your biggest enemy is refined sugars, your body doesn't need them so its better to grab a wedge of cheddar than a thin slice of cheesecake.

Cheese is a very good way for 'lacto-vegetarians' to get protein ... but you should pay 'strict attention' to the 'serving size' of the cheese you eat. Most cheese has a 'one ounce serving' ... a 'cube' that is about 2/3" square. That's not much cheese, and that 'one serving' is the equal to a 'serving' of meat or seafood ... which is about the size of a 'pack of cards.' If you could 'shred' your cheese and eat it on your salads, that would make it much easier for you to 'control how much you are eating' ... and if it is at all possible, you should buy the 'low-fat' cheeses (there is some really excellent low fat mozarella, and some of the 'goat cheeses' don't have much fat, either) ... plus things like parmesan and romano are much better if you buy a 'chunk' and shred them yourself. Just be sure that you are eating at least 3 FULL CUPS of 'salad' a day, and lots of 'low fat' veggies (steamed, raw, etc.) and you should still be able to 'get in shape and stay thin.'

To lose weight successfully, you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!
Yes,it is really important. You should know the truth:
1.Low Fat Foods DON'T always WORK...
2.Low Calorie Diets DON'T always WORK...
3.Low Carb Plans DON'T always WORK...
I followed the guide above and I lost 7 lbs in 11 days and then 30 lbs in less than a month.
I followed the guide on:

Hope that works for you too.

No, try eating a low fat cheese. Calcium is definitly part of a balanced diet.
I get sargento fat free string cheese as a snack, it's 50 calories so I don't feel so bad about having it.

There are low fat options of cheese, as well as vegan alternatives that are low in fat, and don't contain animal products so they have no cholesterol. They are cheese-flavored substitutes as well. Diets aren't about cutting things that you normally eat completely, learn to balance the things you like with healthy options. By totally denying yourself something, you are more likely to crave and "cheat".

your white cheeses generally contain less fat than the yellow cheeses, and the hard cheeses are better than the soft ones.
Keep your cheese intake to less than 3 ounces a day and you should do fine.
