First of all, there is no proof of alien life yet. Second if we ever find alien life, it would have tremendous religious implications. If according to religion god created everything, how would it explain aliens--who most likely wouldn't have the same religious beliefs that earthlings have.
And to answer your question, chances are if they truly exist, they may look just like us or may look totally different than us. Nobody really knows. We'll have to wait and maybe someday will find out. But chances are neither you nor I will be around for when humans develop the technologies required to travel to those distance places where we may find an answer to your question.

The only application of the word "alien" in theology is the means by which men are justified. We need an "alien" righteousness, or a righteousness outside of ourselves, so that God may look upon us with favor. The very instance that you are born-again, every single sin--past, present, and future is forgiven. The very righteousness of Christ is applied to your account as if you have perfectly fulfilled the Law.

Wouldn't aliens be a species unto themselves? My guess is that they would probably have human tendencies but act slightly differently then humans do.
