Having asked a question or two, I know that the question section allows 110 characters initially and then the detail box gives you room to elaborate.
It doesn't exactly annoy me, but I to appreciate the skill it takes to pose the question, hook the responder and then fill in the blanks!

No, because I do that. If it annoys you, I'm sorry. My bad. I would rather somebody explain their question in detail so I best know how to answer it. Sometimes you need to clarify what your question means with details.
