Yes you can! BUT APPLY for their green cards before January 1, because of the new law. It might take 10 years but in any case they will be legal aliens in this country.

A citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States may file this form to establish the relationship to certain alien relatives who wish to immigrate to the United States. A separate form must be filed for each eligible relative. Please note: USCIS processes Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, as a visa number becomes available. Filing and approval of an I-130 is only the first step in helping a relative immigrate to the United States. Eligible family members must wait until there is a visa number available before they can apply for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status to a lawful permanent resident.

You DO NOT NEED TO BE A CITIZEN to bring your parents or kids in the USA. Believe me and my mom, Zomba Fett, because we went through it. It will cost you $ 190 per application. But it will take a very long time.

Apply now while you have a green card, but when you will become a US citizen you can "upgrade" your case.

Look for form i-130 in http://www.uscis.gov/ and you will see what I am talking about.

Good luck.

Hey, I also have a Green Card, and for what I understand you can not do that. The green card status you received is for you only. I will try to investigate more on the matter but i am close to completely sure you are not able to do this unfortunately.

Do what you think is best for your parents don't ask for a opinion here because most likely they will say no or treat you like $hit. Do what you got to do.
