The same thing every parent should do.
Baptize your kids Catholic.
I'm joking. I've been researching New Age before it was called that. Wiccan beliefs are very well understood by me, as well as free speech and religious freedom.
I am also a teacher.
Write a letter to the teacher. Put the principal's name on it as well and send her a copy, but in the letter, address the teacher.
State your requests calmly with specific facts, dates, and if possible, times (recess, etc.) about when these events take place and who is in charge.
Request help resolving this by asking them to make clear who is responsible for the children at this time, who your child should go to for help, when it is reasonable to go for help and how they should do so.
Make sure you child follows through.
This is only the set-up for if it fails.
You want to be seen as perfectly reasonable and ready to do things "the school's way".
Next letter is friendly and apologetic. You are sorry that it has not worked the way you hoped, and request further intervention. This letter is addressed to the Principal, but a copy is sent to the teacher AND the superintendent.
NEVER ask for some teacher or other employee to be punished or fired. This is a socialist institution. You become the bad guy if you do that.
Politely ask them what the next step is to best help your child with those who tease him, and to help the other children with their social behavior, as it isn't just about helping your child. (They'll sit up and take notice at that).
If this fails, again, a polite letter, asking their advice. Mention that you are seeking other council, but as the reputation of the school is very important to you, you are being discrete. Thank them for their help.
Sneaky, no? Again, be sure to address this one to the superintendent, but send a copy to the principal and the teacher.
If you still aren't getting what you need, I STRONGLY suggest you talk to legal council.
If you have specifics I can help you with, let me know.

RAISE A FREAKIN RUCKUS!!! There have been documented hate crimes against Wiccans. a 14 year old girl was brutally beaten by her classmates and harrassed by teachers and staff for being a different religion.
Threaten to sue the school board. Trust me, when they hear the "s" word they'll straighten up. If you don't mind making your beliefs public, I'd get the newspapers involved too.

Keep going up the ladder. If the teachers do nothing, see the principal, the superintendent, the Board of Education and so on.
If nothing works do call the ACLU. They would love that case. But you have to have tried and been rebuked.

I would encourage your children to keep their beliefs private in school. Making a big deal about it would only draw more attention, and more ridicule, down on them.
I know this because a member of my own church recently had exactly this same experience. Her parents sued the school and in the end she lost, but in the 3 years during the trial, her life was absolute hell. (I'm LDS - the girl I'm talking about lives in CA and the story was in the news just a couple weeks ago - I'll try to find a link to the article)

First start by keeping a journal.
Demand a conference with the principal. Bring the journal and your child. Explain what has happened. DEMAND action.
If you do not receive justice, go to the school board and explain to them what you explained to the principal, and state what the principal did or didn't do. DEMAND action.
If you do not receive justice, contact your State's Department of Education. explain everything that happened and didn't happen that you think should have happened. DEMAND action.
If that doesn't work GO TO A LAWYER

Go to the Principal and if they did nothing I'd go to the school board. If there was no satisfaction there I'll let them know they were being sued.
