I have been exhausted for the past three months. And I have frequent migraines. I do not have an appetite and my lymphnodes are swollen. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on? I went to the doctor and they drew blood. They haven't called me with the test results yet.

Just wait for the results to come in hun! People are going to post all kinds of stuff on here that is just going to scare you into thinking you have every disesase in the book, when it could be something as simple as the flu! Just be patient. Once they get your results back and figure out whats going on with your body, they will do whats needed to get you better!

Relax darling and take a calm breath. YOUR TEST RESULTS WILL BE READY SOON. Don't try to guess what is wrong with us guessing a diagnosis for you..I know it would make me worry more. Let the time pass and the doctor call. There is no need to have extra worries caused by us strangers by then you will know if anything is wrong..Feel better.

All sorts of possiblities. Glandular fever and chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) spring to ming. Glandular fever will show on a blood test, but CFS doesn't. Google them both and remember that they are both treatable. I've had CFS and am now fine.

How are you feeling mentally? This could be the beginning of depression. Or it could be related to the migranes. Hope you get everything straightened out.
