All three have no calories, so the act of drinking a Pepsi Max in itself will put no weight on you.
However...
Many of the components of these drinks have diuretic properties meaning you *ahem* pee out a large amount of liquid, while your body thinks you're doing O.K because you've had a drink. Sodium (salt) and caffeine has this effect. It's a fact that if you're body needs water, you will eat a lot more. Diet books always say drink 8 glasses of water a day and this is one of the reasons why. Salt and caffeine will also give you headaches and make you feel sluggish.
The sweeteners used (aspartame being the big one) have been linked to all kinds of nasties, including cancer.
All this said, I still have the occasional Coke Zero myself. I ration them for when I need a caffeine boost, like when I'm tired and need to drive, or when I have a lot of work to do.
If you like diet drinks, don't fret about the odd one. But trade it in for a water and your body will love you.

I tell you, personally, I have given up all that artificially sweetened stuff because I developed problems with my bowels. I had to RUN to the bathroom often and someone suggested giving them up. I did and no more problems. And I have been using that stuff for years. But I guess as you get older, things change. I think you can gain weight from the sodium. Don't they have a lot of sodium in them?

I don't know the differences but I do know that anything that is diet has lots of empty calories,( in other words no nutritional value) which cause fluid retention and bloating. They are also high in sodium or salt and sugar substitutes which will make your body hold extra fluids. In an effort to dilute the excess and get rid of all the extra stuff. Not healthy!!!!!!
Soda is nothing but liquid candy

All sodas, whether diet, zero calorie, no-caffeine, ALL have loads of sodium. So from that standpoint, no, they are not healthy for you. Especially in large amounts. Try to cut back to once 12 ounce soda a week. They're empty calories that tend to dehydrate you (from so much sodium). Also, if aspartame and other artificial sweeteners scare you, these sodas are loaded with them.

They all have zero calories.
They all use different alternative sweeteners (not sugar) to taste.
Coke zero exists soley because coke didnt think men wanted to drink something called 'Diet Coke'
They have no calories so technically they cannot make you gain weight. However some research has been done about whether or not artifical sweeteners make your brain think your body is getting sugar when it is not, and whether or not this 'trickery' leads to increases in hunger.

It's healthier than regular soda. No calories...no sugar. But drink it in moderation. For every glass of diet soda you drink, drink a glass of water. Or just hold the diet soda down to one glass a day.

Yes, they are terrible for you due to the fake sweeteners. And yes, they are proven to make you gain weight. People have less weight gain drinking regular soda.
