Its ok, I'm going through the same thing. If she lives in you house then maybe you can hide out in your room when the chaos is starting.
Also, have you talked to your mother about how she makes you feel and how its unfair that you're getting in trouble for what your siblings are doing? Your mother needs to step in when this happens as much as possible.
If she doesnt, then you need to say something back to your grandmother when she starts yelling at you for no reason. Try to stay calm and if the situation gets too much for you, then see if you can stay at a friends house for a little bit until this cools down.
Good Luck

maybe your grandmother has a hearing problem and does not know it? You should talk to your grandmother and ask her why does she treat you the way she does? Ask her what have you done to her that makes her lash out at you. Talk to her alone. And do not let this talk turn into a shouting match. Just keep your cool.

William is dead on, it is very possible your grandmother has a hearing problem. Elderly people sometimes have a hard time adjusting to changes in their lives and bodies as they age and sometimes they can become angry as a reaction to these things. Try talking to your grandmother about it, keep your head and don't overreact. If she is unwilling to budge in her feelings and attitude, walk away. You've done all you can by trying to reconcile with her peacfully. I find the best way to get along with someone who doesn't get along with you is to be civil and distance yourself.

Good luck, you're in my prayers!!!
