Sounds like you are getting this result because your hair has a build up of this particular product. I bet when you first began using it you liked the results. But as time progressed, you started getting the "too much spritz" look.
I tell my clients that if they cannot come to the salon on a regular basis, make sure that you buy two different brands of shampoo and conditioner. This will cut down on build up of product to the hair.
If you would like to continue to use Infusion, but want to eliminate the "spritz" look, you will need to purchase Nuetragena shampoo to remove the residue on your hair. The next time you shampoo your hair you can go back to using Infusion products. And make sure to choose another brand, of your choice, and purchase the shampoo and conditioner of that line. Alternate between the two brands each time you shampoo. This will definately solve your problem! Good Luck!!

What hair type do you have? Any kind of shampoo and conditioner that you buy from a grocery store or walmart etc. is crap. You need to go to a local beauty supply store or salon and buy a shampoo and conditioner that fits your hairs condition. Thick/Coarse or Dry/Damaged or if it needs moisture. You will be amazed at what a professional can do for you and your hair. Its gonna cost you a whole lot more, but your hair will thank you for it.

Try using less of the product, or after you put the product on your hair and it sets up, run your fingers through it a few times. Hope that helps!

well first try using a different product. i find the best product for my hair is anything by john Frieda (after shower products).
when i actually wash my hair i use a moisturizing shampoo by lorèl.

if u want soft shiny hair try putting a dime size amount of conditioner to leave in your hair when its damp. just let it dry and your set. (use lorèl, its the best)

Are you using the leave-in conditioner or exactly what Infusium product are you using. Try adding water to delute it if it's the leave-in conditioner. I use the leave-in conditioner along with Pantene Relaxed and Natural shampoo and conditioner for women of color.

Quit using Infusium & try the many Pantene hair care products. I use many of them & I like the spray in/leave in conditioner & the spray in/leave in gel spray. I love the shampoo/conditioner all in one. Leaves my hair looking & feeling soft & shiny. Give them a try. :)
