Yes, peanuts have a lot of fat, no carbs though. 1/2 fat, 1/2 protein. It's good to have some peanuts seeing as how they have a lot of protein but eating too many will definitly get you fat. My 9th grade science teacher did an experiment to show how much energy (fat) peanuts have. He burned a marshmellow next to a peanut. The marshmellow burned up in about 10 seconds but the peanut burned for over 2 minutes. It shows how there is more energy in a peanut.

You'll gain a lot of weight if you eat a lot of ANYthing...
That having been said....peanuts DO have a very high fat content; so I'd advise either eating less of them, or switching to another snack food.

People that snack on peanuts are a lot of times thinner. Peanuts can be combined with a low carb diet because there they have no grams of sugar.

Peanuts (all nuts) are full of fat and calories.
So if you eat and don't compensate by reducing your caloric intake of other foods, you will gain weight.

a million/3 cup is o.ok.That counts for a hundred and seventy energy. in simple terms simply by fact they're best for you does no longer propose they're calorie-loose. do no longer forget approximately that skipping nutrition isn't a great thank you to drop extra pounds.
