"Perché non mi hai risposto in Italiano ? Non penso che tu mi ami di più ma credo che tu mi ami molto (cinque)".

Are you using 'five'(cinque) as the slang term that's meaning
'cool, awesome' ?
Here above is the only one "almost" correct answer.
It's however not necessary to put 'io' ahead 'non penso'.
The verb by itself identifies the speaker being "penso" just the first singular person (present indicative tense).
On the contrary it's mandatory to put 'tu' (you) ahead 'mi ami' as a mean of identification being 'ami' either the second person singular of the present indicative (tu ami) or all the 3 singular persons of the present subjunctive ( io ami - tu ami - egli ami)
