Contact a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. You should be able to find one here:

Robins eat insects, not seeds, so oats won't do. Keep it warm and in a safe place and call a licensed wildlife rehabilitator.Look in the phone book or call your local wildlife center. The wildlife rehabber will know what to do to maximize its chances of recovery. It is illegal to keep native species such as robins, anyway, without a license. Birds have very high metabolisms and go into shock easily. Don't delay, do this ASAP!

I had the same problem last year. I found a baby crow with a broken ankle and it couldn't fly. I captured it and at first I called animal control, but they couldn't help me, but they did refer me to a local wild bird sanctuary. This was a family who nursed and took care of injured wild birds in their own home. I caught the bird and wrapped him up in my jacket and drove out to the place. They came and took him and said they would work on him. They also wanted to know where I found him so that he could be re-released near where his parents were. They did not charge for the services, because they are just motivated to care for these birds. Maybe you have a wild bird sanctuary like this near where you live. Check it out.

Look online or in your phonebook for a Wildlife Rescue service. They will come and take the bird to a rehibilitation center. There should be one in your area. Do not try to feed it or give it water. It may have more injuries that you are not able to see and feeding/watering it may cause more damage than good.

Find a local animal rescue. Preferably a bird rescue. They will definitely take the bird and give it care and might even release it back into the wild.

Call a local animal shelter. They can give you the phone number of a wildlife rescue near you that can re-hab it.
