I know how you feel. I have an older brother who got away with everything when we were children and he was my mother's favorite.
He used to beat me up and do all the things that you are saying and more. Once we were older, he tried to interfere in every aspect of my life, by ruining any chance of happiness in my life, and by making my bad situations worse. 40 years later, I still carry the anger about the fact that he never paid the price for the way he treated me. However, with some professional help, I reached the following conclusion:
The best revenge is to live well. Once you become of age, try to get as far away from your sister as you can, so that what happened to me, won't happen to you. People seldom change, but they get considerably worse.

First of all, don't even think about getting revenge against your sister because you are stooping to her level by doing something so wrong! Also, don't make yourself look stupid on purpose just because your sister is a *****! Talk to your sister and tell her how you feel. If she chose to ignore you and gets defensive about her behavior, then leave her alone and ignore her! Besides, two wrongs won't make it right so the best thing to do is to ignore her! Good luck!

How do you react to her pranks or attitude? The more yuo react, the more fun she gets out of it. I would just ignore her tricks and not react. If you are silent about it, it wont be fun for her. A prankster want results and reaction. It is what gets them going.
if she messes up your hair, look into the mirror and say, oh wow, thanks, I like it and walk away. Just say the opposite of what she expects from you. Also, you may want to get a tape recorder the next time she says something bad.

It's difficult to evaluate this problem without knowing the ages of the people involved and also whether there are adults (parent/parents) in the home.

Take pictures of her eating the good food. If you have your own room lock it when you're inside it, and when you leave. Keep everything of yours in your room. That should keep her from touching your stuff. If she argues with you leave the scene (in your room if you're at home) and ignore her until she calms down.

she is probably doing all those things because she is probably the only girl and she has to put up with two brothers (assuming that are a boy). You should not do anything to her because boys should not be hitting girls anyway.
