For as long as I can remember I've had these red bumps on my thighs and upper arms. They don't itch or anything, but they never go away. When I get hot or sweaty they get redder and more are prevalent. In the wintertime, when my skin's dry, they reduce in size and there are fewer of them. I was taken to a doctor many years ago and they said it might be something to do with the keratin in my skin. Is there a skin condition that could cause it? Help!
