Terror isn't a country or a people. It's a tactic! It's kind of like trying to fight a war on snipers.

Hitting back with violence is a common human response, but not the one that Jesus and the early church would accept.

Wrong ideas in people's mind, and Satan working through deceived people is the reason. There is probably a little bit of justification, and we can try to remove that.

A lot of it stems from insulted pride. I'm not sure what to do about that. People can conceive they have superior civilisation and then get offended when cultures they despise, that should fail according to their religious ideas, actually surpass them in most fields of human endeavour. Envy. Anger.

Although we are not from a christian point of view meant to hit back in revenge, the bible says God is Judge of the living as well as the dead, so eventually He will act against these guys and their beliefs, pride comes before a fall. Christians should pray.

Like the war on drugs. You don't . That worked well, doncha think?

A war on terror is just rhetoric used to get "patriots" motivated to hate people they know nothing about.

SUPPORT T.W.A.T. (The War Against Terror)

You are correct. It's like the war on Drugs, which we are also losing... ironically in part because of the war on terror.

Attack the causes, not countries. Use a lot of compassion and take religion out of the fight. Do not try to convert anyone to anythings except non-violence.

Change the social/political conditions in regions where terrorism emerges. Force is one option we have to compel that change.

Terror = fear
Take the fear away, and terror calms.
Don't take any of their sh*t!
Don't back down!
Be strong, in their face, until they take a seat
and listen to reason.

That's my best answer

Yes, but we know what country they reside in, so we flatten it and let it go back to nature. Why is it that the U.S. is the only country that has to play by rules? We send kids into battle, children that don't really have a mean bone in their body. Fighting full grown men, better qualified, called terrorist
