I cant dye my hair or put any highlights in.

You have beautiful hair. I don't think you should cut it.

I think it would look great! Maybe not so many highlights, your color is beautiful, but a few would work well. The hair style would definitely work nicely. Make sure, if you do decide to cut and highlight your hair, that you go to a stylist or salon that you trust. A good rule is if you don't like your stylists hair cut and color, then that person probably shouldn't be doing your hair. Good luck and let us know what happens.

Yes but the best way is to take the picture to the stylist and ask them. They can tell you if your hair will hold the style and if you may or may not need more layers. Don't change the color, yours is pretty with yours skin.
