You can go to freecreditreport.com... make sure you cancel it within 30 days though or they start charging you for the access to the site. Also, if you've been denied a loan due to your credit rating, you're entitled to a free copy of your credit report. Reference the denial letter for the number you should call if this is the case.

The only place endorsed by the U.S. Government is www.annualcreditreport.com as far as a free credit report.

If you want your score, you must pay for it.

You might try your local bank, they can pull it for very little cost.
