i have been sick for a while and now i am coughing alot.and i am going to camp in a couple of days.?

how will i get better quick?

Cold Eez. You get it in the cough drop aisle. They have zinc and vitamin C and other minerals. I got over my cold in just a couple days.

Please talk to the camp leader. If you have a cough, it might be best not to take it to camp and make others sick.

As far as the cough goes, I always use oil of oregano. Instructions are on the bottle or the store will have info printed for you.

I'd go see your Dr. and find out if you are contagious. If you get all your camp friends sick they aren't gonna like you much. Get some cough medicine from your Dr. and sleep as much as you can.

there are no magic medicines to make you "better quick".
you can minimize symptoms, you can rest and eat healthy and drink lots of fluids, but any illness is going to run it's course in it's own time. Would suggest that if you are still ill when the time comes to leave for camp, you postpone your trip, you won't do yourself any favors, and you certainly won't do anyone there any favors if you are infectious.

Gargle warm salt water every day, 3 times a day. see your doctor. try allergy pills, drink lots of water and take mucinex or some sort of expectorent(makes you cough out mucus that builds up in your lungs/
