my taxes are very high because the school , but I do not have kids , i want to know if I can reduce the amount of taxes that I paid cause Im not utilizing the school benefit

No, taxes are based on the assessment of your house, not whether or not you have kids.

If you think your house is assessed higher that comparable homes in the area, you can petition to have your assessment lowered, which would lower your taxes.

Check with you state department if taxation. In NY there is a program called STAR. It offers a little relief, but don't expect too much.
You are however receiving benefit from school taxes indirectly though. Generally the higher taxed areas have better schools. Better schools effect the value of a home. If you home is in a good school district, the value of you home is impacted by the school because there will be a higher demand for a home in the district.

Education of children is considered of primary social importance in the United States. No matter where you live or what you do, expectations are that you will contribute your share to the educational expenses for children.

Do remember that many of us pay taxes for this and for other governmental expenditures from which we receive no direct tangible benefit.

you still have to pay the property tax even if you do not have kids,as the money goes to other places. Move to a different place with cheaper property taxes.
