It takes 3500 calorie deficit to lose a pound of fat, so for 20 pounds you need a total 70.000 calorie deficit, and if the deficit you have is 200 calories per day from the exercise, you will reach that goal in 350 days, so a year. If however you cut back the calories you eat as well by 500 per day(suppose you need 2000 calories per day to sustain your weight, if you eat 1500 calories a day), you will reach the total you need in about 3 months. Be careful, you must not eat less than 1200 calories per day, because then you don't get enough nutrients, so you don't burn fat, you lose muscle, so gradually you burn less and less and you accumulate more fat at the end. I hope that helps, good luck.

WEll, it takes burning 3500 calories to lose 1 pound. IF the exercise is the ONLY thing you are doing, then 3500 x 15 = 52,500 calories to burn 20 lbs. At 200 calories per day, that means 263 days. Now, to "step up the weight loss" the only other thing you can do is create a caloric deficit from what you need to maintain your current weight. How much of a deficit to achieve the loss you want in 2 months would be based on your resting metabolic rate, your current weight, and current height.

It depends upon your caloric consumption. You need to have a deficit among what your consuming and what your burning. You must discover a caloric consumption calculator on-line, it's going to let you know what number of energy you want in step with day to hold your present weight, If you reduce 500 energy off that quantity and undertaking 500 energy an afternoon you'll lose twenty kilos in approximately 2 and a part months. Be certain you do a wide variety of extraordinary physical games in order that your frame does not plateau.

1 pound is equivalent to 3500 calories. It would take a long time to lose 20 pounds by losing 200 calories a day. Maybe you should also make changes in your diet.
