In Russian, what is the difference between нравится and нрaвятся?

I've learnt what нравится means, but I've found two occurrences of нравятся in these questions I've been set, and I'm wondering what the difference is....

I think the difference is in aspect the first one is perfective the other one is imperfective even i have never seen that kind of construction in the first one the action has already ended and in the second one it still lasts

Look, it's quite easy: If you like Someone or Something defined as a noun in a singular form or the pronouns "him", "her", and "it", you should use “нравится”. For example, I like this guy (him, her, it) - here you should use нравится.
In case if “like” is turned towards the object defined as the plural form of a noun or the pronoun "them" - then you should use "нравятся". Example: saying in Russian "I like these guys (them)", you should use "нравятся".

нравится - i like him - on mne nravitsya - он мне нравится
нравятся - plural form - i like them - oni mne nravyatsya - они мне нравятся

Mne nraviatsia eti doma=i like these houses.

İ like them- они мне нравятся.

I've never come across нрaвятся with 'я'.
