Many say if there is a god how can you prove he exists. well how can you prove that there was a big bag and such. You say religion is based on faith and evolution is science. but id say beleiving in a sudden unexplained burst of life requires more faith then science also.

I totally agree it takes so much more faith to believe the big bang than creation.
Creation is a fact

Is your question about evolution?Or the Big bang? Please at least learn enough about them to realize one is totally unrelated to the other. The Big Bang..we see the galaxies moving apart from each other,if you see a car moving west,is it a safe assumption the car came from the east? Also,a big part of science is predictability. It was predicted that IF there was a BB,there would be a background radiation to this day. A year AFTER that prediction, the background radiation was detected. That is solid science. Please,if you want to make an informed opinion, get informed. Start with understanding the difference between the BB theory and TOE

There is a LOT of proof for the Big Bang, as well as the unrelated and separate scientific field of Evolution.

There is no proof of god, nor is the concept even provable.

here is a counter-question: Why must you assume that we can't have all three? Big Bang, Evolution, and God? None are exclusive of the other.

The "Big Bang" is a theory for the origin of the universe. It has absolutely nothing to do with the development of species on this one little planet billions of years later. That's what evolution deals with. And there is abundant evidence of the process of evolution, if you took the time to look at it. Here's a good place to start, but only if you are interested in the truth ...

A) Wouldn't be appropriate to ask questions relating evolution in the biology section

However before you get that far I should point I out that:

B)Evolution has nothing to do with the big bang
C)Evolution says nothing about religion or faith

So you're just making yourself look a bit silly

Ohhh proof of evolution you want? Yeah because all those thousands of scientists are just taking the word of Darwin

Faith: Unquestioning belief

Science: Belief in that which can be proven by science, subject to revision as new evidence comes to light.

It is not my fault that you refuse to learn the science behind evolution. You have the internet, look it up.

No, we have evidence for the big bang. Look up the expansion of the universe, Hubble's law, and the WMAP and COBE missions. Plenty of evidence. Whereas there is no evidence for a god. And I don't know where you think you can get off equating the big bang and abiogenesis - they are two completely different theories. Please look them up before posting again.

Not when there is evidence for a plausible scenario for biogenesis, and not when a naturalistic explanation is far more parsimonious than a theistic explanation.

Everything we see in the universe works how we'd expect it to if there were no god, including the world's religions.

We know the Big Bang happened because we can see the microwaves from it still.
