UltraISO is a CD image file creating/editing/converting tool, it can directly edit the CD image file and extract files and folders from it, as well as make ISO files from your CD-ROM or hard disk. At the same time, you can maintain the ISO bootable information, thus creating your own bootable CDs. An ISO is a compressed file that contains all the files for cloning a CD. I am not aware of amy way to update only one file with an ISO image. What you would need to do is make a new CD with the updated file. Then make a new ISO image of the new CD.

An ISO image is an EXACT description of the CD to be created, so I don't think you can. The authors have to do it.

if you are using nero burining, please select iso in writing option instead of dvd or cd.
