Tony Stewart did the pooper a few years ago on a road course. Had to change clothes before going to Victory Lane Broadcast. He won the race so he was on the spot.

simple the drivers have special diets of food they eat before a race some a day or two ahead.as far as taking a wizz they took something thats been around for years adult diapers and bladderbags

They dont really do anything. Theyre driving for 4+ hours and do you really think Nascar is going to let them get out and take a crap?? I would just do it right there in my car.

They, um, 'take one.' Seriously; Dale Jr. alluded to it once. They just go.
Keep in mind that they get so dehydrated, and their suit gets so sweaty anyway, it probably smells like a donkey stall in there anyway, so it's not like anyone would notice the smell.

If they have to go to to the bathroom , they do not take breaks.They just go to the bathroom in the seat of the racecar.
