It's jibber jabber. I've read up on it. Complete bunk created to sell books and movies.

There is no such thing as 'the law of attraction'. They made it up to try to make their idea sound plausible. They also spout a lot of nonsense about quantum physics. The universe does not give a damn what you want. If you want something, the universe is not going to give it to you. It works as well as praying - that is, not at all, but plenty of people will convince themselves that it has worked because they are actively working towards the same goal.

You have to get out there and change your life yourself. No one will do it for you. If we could sit on the couch all day and get everything we ever wanted as a result, no one would ever work.

I am reading the book and find it extremely boring. I am not sure what to do with this law of attraction and asking the universe stuff. I thought it was more of a positive thinking type book. Very disappointing.
