It's probably something like "Let's go and have a drink."

Bere = to drink
Un quartino = a quarter litre of wine (usually).

Augurandoti tutto il meglio per il Natale ed il Nuovo Anno,possa avverarsi (you may also say "realizzarsi") tutto ciò che che sogni. Con tanto amore. PS I feel what has been posted here below by Siliadityr is unfair and not correct. I'm native and resident in Italy and itsn't true my translation is wrong. Also I feel such a kind of comments on other answers should be disregarded.Mine is a literal translation respecting the original text. If you need for a free interpretation I can write you a few hundred different but it will be not the real translation you've asked for..

There is a tiny mistake in your sentence. It should be:

Andiamo a bere un quartino (that T does not belong).

The literal translation means:
Let's go drink a quarter (together).

What this means is a friendly invitation to go and have a drink of wine together. The "quarter" (quartino) refers to a quarter of a liter. In Italian "osterias" (usually small, family run restaurants that serve home made wine and simple home made meals) serve their wine in special bottles that hold a quarter, a half or one liter of wine.

Hope that helps!

Let's go drink a quarter (of wine)

Quartino is a quarter of litre and in most of cases we intend it as a quarter of litre of wine.
