Fireballs will get rid of all the Goombas and Koopa Troopas you encounter, and they're especially helpful for killing jellyfish and Spinys, but they're useless against Buzzy Beetle!
If you can get to him, though, you can even take down Bowser with fireballs.

They can be. They've also shown some very strange and benign behaviors.
I wouldn't want to get in the way of one.
I do assume you are referring to the strange phenomenon of "ball lightning", often called "fireballs".
If not, well, you should make your post clearer (especially on Yahoo! Answers where they post everything under the sun, and especially (!) in the R&S section)!

I think you are being to general for a reasonable answer.
Balls of fire aren't that dangerous.
Goodness gracious great balls of fire, on the other hand are on my list of fears above global warming, jihad and vegetarianism.
