if i only drink juices, and water and eatb fruit and veggies only for 1 week..how much weight will i lose??

You might loose like 5 pounds but your gonna feel horrible. The right way is to eat protein and nutrients, and substantial foods. Go to the grocery store and fill up on slim fast bars, and special K cereal, and Slim fast drinks [as meal replacements] and for at least ONE meal a day eat some grilled chicken or something substantial. So you have energy to burn calories. You dont want to be feeling weak and tired during your quest to loose weight..
