I would translate it as:

el ambiente estaba (or estuvo) _________ y _________.

warm - afectuoso, cordial, caluroso, fervoroso, entusiasta

supportive - apoyador, apoyante, de mucho apoyo

Hope it helps!

if youre talking about like Christmas time when the atmosphere in a home is "warm and supportive" then it's "caluroso y afectuoso"

but if you mean like an atmosphere as in ecosystem then it would be "con temperaturas tibias (o agradablemente calientes) y fertil"

Warm is "cálido" not caluroso which means very hot
Supportive is not "apoyador" - never used this word,
can be "comprensivo" or "contenedor".

El ambiente era afable y de apoyo.

El ambiente estaba lleno de cariño y apoyo.

warm: in this case meaning amicable, caring.
