if i had to choose between those two that you've listed, i'd have to say coconut mayonaise. Oysters in ice cream just feels wrong :P. But, nevertheless, my all time favorite would have to be chocolate ANYTHING.

My favorite is Java Chocolate Chunk. But out of the two you listed, coconut mayo sounds better.
