I really want to because it's so open and I beleive in a lot of the stuff, but I don't beleive in a "god" or "goddess."
I mean, not as a thinking entity. I think of them more as a course of nature.
Could I still be accepted into that religion?
What are your opinions?

And please respect this religion, even if it's not your cup of tea. I'm not a Satanist, and neither is the religion I'm looking into.

I do not advocate non-theists become Wiccan....ever. You'll miss some of the things that really make Wicca great.
Try Modern Druidry, like http://adf.org
Edit: Wow! such love in these answers! I *totally* want to be the religion of the people spewing all that love about what's evil and toilets and stuff! ....not.

Becoming Wiccan is up to you, not up to others.
Wicca accepts anyone, even those that other religions shun and call evil.
I guess I am what you would call a borderline thesis. I believe in the God and Goddess as the sum of all masculine and feminine energy in the world and not as individuals. And therefore I believe we are all a part of the Divine ourselves. So should you become Wiccan... as I stated before, that is up to you. As others have stated, you may want to look into other Earth-based religions (you will find them just as open minded as Wicca for the most part) to see which path feels correct for you. If you are still leaning towards Wicca, you may wish to read "The Truth About Witchcraft Today" by Scott Cunningham. This book, more than any other I have ever read, gives a very clear view of Wicca.

Boy! You got a lot of good answers (and a lot of crap). I know this will probably be lost in the enormity of information that you have been given, I do. however. believe that Wicca is based on Goddess/God worship. I am a witch, and have been happily for over 40 years. I am Pecti-Witan. Generally we are solitary and develop our own rituals and worship, but I must tell you that worship and ritual are not on the top of our list! We are more in tune with nature, divination and the magickal working of nature. All things have a spirit. But we do not particularly honor or worship any deities. That is my opinion, and if you like, feel free to contact me if I can tell you more.

Hmmmm....so what you're asking basically is whether you can become a member of a religion and not worship that religion's deities. Can you be a Christian and not worship Christianity's deity? Can you be a Hindu and not worship Hindu deities? I've always thought that the main purpose of any religion is to worship/honor deities. If you eliminate the main purpose of the reason for the religion, do you think that you're still practicing that religion?
If you're only interested in witchcraft, you need not belong to any religion.

I am Christian, but since you want to keep that part out of it, I definitely will.
From what I understand about Wicca, you don't have to believe in a particular god or goddess.... but most believe in one or a few. A lot do join because of the large nature focus... they are very respectful of nature.
It sounds to be my that you are more of an atheist with a deep respect for the natural world, and that you don't really need a religion for that respect to turn into actions.
Wiccan's are usually very open people, but since you don't believe in a god or goddess, some of the practices of certain covens may seem weird to you

i am wiccan but choose to believe in a creator rather then a god or goddess the creator that i believe in is both female and male and i worship as one rather then segragate into two seprtate aspects.
i am also a solitary practinoner which allows me to stucture my belief system towards my inner faith.
i have also found that many wiccans do not judge you if you choose to worship one creator. in fact a lot of us like to consintrate on one deity wether female or male. i know people who only accnolage the goddess diana in there rituals and are happy.
in the wiccan religion you can pretty much believe what you like as long as you stay true to the witch's crede and law's of magic.
research the many paths offered by the religion and if you can't find the one for you then believe what your heart tells you is right.
or take diffrent aspects of all the paths you like and agree with and put them together.
we will not throw you out or not allow you to call your self a wiccan just because you don't believe exactly like we do infact we will respect you for your courage and strength to be your self and not follow the crowed just because you want to fit in.
good luck and blessed be

Yes - most wiccans, and Pagan's for that matter are eclectic i.e they pick the best of what other faiths have to offer and incorporate them into there own faith.
True spiritual understanding doesn't occur overnight and no one will think any less of you if change your mind and try a different path.
Try reading a few books first "A Book of Shadows by Lady Sheba" was one of the earliest books out, "The Spiral Dance by Starhawk" is an interesting book. The best Craft book I've came across is "Power of the Witch by Laurie Cabbot".
If you do a search on google try to find FAQs for Alt.Religion.Wicca and Alt.Religion.Wicca.Moderated - reading them will help your path towards following your spiritual path a lot easier.
All religions essentially come from the same source and if interpreted correctly can lead to a spiritually rewarding and fulfilling life;
(No I am not a Wiccan)

Keep researching. All, and I mean all of the Wiccans (and Pagans too) that I've met over the years are good, decent people. I've delved in both areas, and I enjoyed many aspects of both.
Wicca has nothing to do with devil worship. There is no devil.
Ignore the hate and choose any path you like.

Many Wiccans view the God and Goddess as archetypes or symbols of the forces of nature, not as actual deites. You wouldn't be along in that regard.
The first thing I would recommend is doing some reading up on the religion. I would start at http://wicca.timerift.net and then look at the books they have on their recommended reading list. If you are over 18 you can try to find Wiccans in your area who are willing to tell you more at http://www.witchvox.com

You are the only one that can make that decision.
I am not in one basic religion, but I am open to things. You are really going somewhere because you are opening your mind to things most people don't even allow themselves to experience, therefore don't get the treasures that life has to offer.
You can just be you. You don't have to belong to anything. There is always you. You can do whatever you want to do. The only thing about standing alone is that you have to be strong.
The best thing to do is to DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH before you go into anything that involves anyone other than just you.

Well, the whole premise of Wicca is the belief of a God and Goddess, as Wiccans worship them in each their seperate forms and together as Spirit. Since you don't believe in them, I'd have to say that perhaps Wicca is not for you. However, Wicca is a path of Paganism. Perhaps Paganism would be a better fit for you. Plus, there's many different paths from Paganism you could explore. I've given you some links to check out! And please, don't feel pressured to jump into a belief right away. The one that feels right for you will come in time!
