my grandson is 8 yrs. old, he is adhd, i think he also needs couciling but his mother completly ignores me about this. shes ays she will handle it, but has not. he needs help now, not when hes 15 yrs. old

Speak with an attorney who is familiar with family law in both KY and your son's home state. Remember, laws differ from state to state - so it may take some doing.
Understand that there may not be much you can do - except pray and love.

my friends gramma got her into counseling and her mom never found out. Do whatever you feel needs to be done. his mother should be taking care of it but you are his family and you can do whatever you feel is right. just make sure you tell him not to tell his mom. good luck.
