Either Mars Attacks, or Killer Klowns from Outer Space, both are so stupid and funny at the same time. Personally, I liked Mars Attacks the best. It has a great cast, not to mention, Jack Nicholson plays dual roles.

Spaceballs - Cant go wrong with a Mel Brooks film.
Galaxy Quest - Stupid, but still an excellent movie.

Earth Girls are Easy............it has Jeff Goldblum, Geena Davis and a very young Jim Carrey, it is very campy, very stupid and actually funny.
