You will not grow any taller than you're genetically programmed to be. You can do nothing about it. However, my husband was very short at your age and went on to be 6 feet tall. You have a LOT of time left to grow.

I actually used the program that "Skippy" person speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.

No sugar, sorry. Eat healthy and exercise and you'll be more likely to reach your max potential...but there's nothing you can do that will make you grow taller than your body is already programmed to grow.

Sleep, sleep, and more sleep. My doctor told me when I was your age, that was the quickest way to get taller and bigger is to sleep. I think it works. You should get at least 10 hours of sleep a night. And if all else fails, I think the chinese have a stretching machine. j/k

No, it's based solely on genetics. You'll grow to how tall you were meant to be.
