You're gonna get a lot of opinions from this website, but your best answer is to go to the doctor. Headache, neck, eye throat and ear pain (all at the same time) sounds serious enough to me for a doctor's visit.

Sounds like a tension headache
Have you tried over the counter Excederine (sorry if I spelled that wrong) for tension headaches to see if the pain subsides at all?
I used to get them all the time, and the symptoms sound like yours. Relaxation techniques help as well. Especially long hot bubble baths!
But to get a definate diagnosis, call your doctor. :)

Your Doctor will definitely know what this is, but you could have an infection in the throat, as this occurs in the ears and eyes and stuff too.

You doctor will be able to sort it out, and give you medication if you need it
