This roast beef is really good and none of it ever goes to waste and easy. Take a 5-6 lb. rump roast or two 3 lb. roasts season with pepper sprinkled all over them take 1-1/2 tablespoon of powdered beef bullion and sprinkle over the roast and over the side. Take a large onion and slice into rings place some of the slices on the bottom of the cooker and the rest scattered around and on top of the roast. Set your cooker to low and cook 10-12 hrs. till very tender. Don't trow away that awesome juice which can be used to make a great gravy for beef commercials. You can take some and mix with BBQ sauce for sandwiches, some plain with butter and mustard on the bread for a great sandwich too. Or another nice meal with this is beef commercials. We take sandwiches to work all week made like this for lunch.
