Inner, outer, no distinction. Inner peace is difficult to maintain in times of outer crisis. Likewise, outer peace cannot be achieved without securing some level of peace within.

Internal peace is internal. What exactly is internal? I have found that chakras are energized by concentrating a little out from the actual body center. Perhaps both external and internal. One thing I know for sure, if the "cups mix", an external source can open the floodgates.

internal peace (inner-peace) is able to be unaffected by the external world...nor can it be found in the external world.

It is totally internal I think. I can control my mind and my emotions. I can decide what is important in the grand scheme of things. Knowing and accepting are two different things though.

Sometimes we are on the outside offering a helping hand to another....and sometimes we are on the inside, choosing to accept a helping hand.
