when i was younger i would have tiny puss spots but lots of them. Now i have MASSIVE ones and my tonsils are practically gone. My GP doesnt see the need to go for surgery as i no longer get a temperature or fever from having this puss balls on my tonsils. But they are there all the time unless i squeeze them out (very gruesome) and then they just come back. What could this be? Nothing too serious i hope? My mum has chronic tonsilitis but doesnt have these puss balls. What do you guys think?

usually spelt "pus" - puss is a cat!
My goodness! I used to have tonsillitis when younger and fortunately react well to penicillin which cured them instantly.
The idea of squeezing this spots IN your throat makes me wonder...
