OK here is the answer explained
14lbs in 1 stone and 7 lbs in a half stone so
14stone X 8 (to get what 8 stone equals) = 112
Then you add on the remaining half stone which is 7 lbs
So the answer is
14 stone X 8 = 112
112 + 7 = 119
So in 8 1/2 stone there are 119 lbs
