Pasta is measured in "dry weight". Two ounces of ANY pasta will yield about a 1/2 cup serving after it is boiled in water until it is "just tender".

You cannot accurately measure two ounces of pasta with a measuring cup, as different pastas shapes will confuse the measurement. The easiest way to make yourself a two-ounce portion of pasta is to take an 8-oz package of pasta in divide it in four equal portions, and then cook one portion. (Or, if you're cooking for two, divide the package in half and cook half, then divide the cooked pasta in half.)

I use a kitchen scale to measure food. A box of spaghetti contains about 6 servings I measure out 2 servings at 56 grams and use 1 cup of sauce.
