What you felt was exhaustion ,

no doubt you've had to take it easy for a while so don't beat yourself up about it .

Walking for an hour a day will restore some of the vitality you've lost .

Good Luck take care and don't join a gym !

Have you exercised since? Mowing the lawn is hard work! :) Maybe just do some light walking. If you are nervous go see your doctor for some reassurance:)

Overexertion can leave one feeling that way, "feeling strange and shaky and wanting to be sick". But when that happens depends on one's fitness level, so maybe you're just out of shape.

You may have over excelled your self. If you don't recover in a while i would see your GP just to be on the safe side. Next time get some else to do it hon. xx

I got that from time to time before I had cancer. :)

I also experienced that after I was recovering from mono, so it could just be simple over exertion and you need to pace yourself.

Check with the doc, but you're probably fine.
