Evolution when studied shows a lack of understanding, there is no missing link period, its a very bad speculation on darwins part lol. we as humans just popped up in the fossil record along with cows dogs certain plants most domesticated animals etc, read up on the ancient summarians for a real eye opener! if we did evolve from bacteria and apes why are they still here? simple logic blows out the evolution theory. creationism rules! no way we are mistakes, a complicated system like oursselves could not just grow from bacteria then retain the bacteria as it would have changed into us, doh! and if we came from apes or whatever then why are they still around? I morphed from a walnut ithink, lol

Did you ever here of the Law of Fossil Succession. It is enough to establish order that life cam on Earth alone.
See the fossils are layed out in nice neat sorted layers. The deeper layers only have bacteria. And the closer you get to the top, the more like modern life everything becomes.
For instance flowering plants appeared in the Jurassic Era. You would never find one in the same layer as Cambrian fossils.
Here is a simple chart with 7 similar cuts in the animal world and 6 in the plants: http://pubs.usgs.gov/gip/fossils/succession.html
I would absolutely love to have you email me and explain that using a six day creation myth.

I guess education has been canceled in america...
Posting a science question in the religion and spirituality section often means the asker does not really want an answer. His goal is to ask a question that he believes proves some scientific knowledge to be wrong, or that science does not yet answer, and make the implicit claim that the only other explanation is a god, and specifically, the same god he happens to believe in.
It's the "god of the gaps" - intellectually bankrupt, since it favors ignorance instead of knowledge, and because of the contained logical fallacy.
However, on the off chance that you really want to know the answer:

I believe God can work with either philosophy and if one is able to conclusively prove it's reality, it won't shake my faith one bit. I tend to lean toward the fact that evolution seems to be a fact, I just don't take it to the illogical extreme that men derived from ape. The lack of a discovery of a "missing link" seems to support that.

Um, there are living and extinct missing links. And they have 1000s of fossils that all support evolution. So there you go.

I believe in adaptation of a species, but not evolution. I also do not believe that changes happen by chance.
I think the theory of evolution is absurd.

there is not any way for us to be conscious of if there is life on different planets or not. we've not got the technologies to discover that. And evolution isn't a linear technique. this capacity that purely through fact human beings and apes have a uncomplicated ancestor (which will nicely be shown genetically), would not advise that we are going to evolve on a similar p.c... It additionally would not advise that the unique ancestor can not nonetheless evolve itself. each achievable efficient version of an developed organism has an threat to succeed it its very own real. organic decision will help verify that. Christianity exchange into created via human beings 2000 years in the past. Their names are on the main suitable of each internet site interior the bible. human beings 2000 years in the past concept the international exchange into the midsection of the universe. Do you incredibly think of they have the capacity to appreciate such puzzling tactics as evolution? i'm not announcing that God would not exist through fact i've got faith he does. i'm announcing that human beings in the time of our history have by no capacity had the intelligence to appreciate what/who God is, or how he/she/it incredibly works. Jesus himself laughed on the apostles through fact they could not understand what he exchange into attempting to show. i'm continually angered via religious people who opt to stamp out or discredit medical ideals through fact of religious reasons. the main uncomplicated being that the technology discredits something interior the religious paintings. we are Gods infants. he will exhibit to us what we are able to information, as quickly as we are able to information it. that's silly to think of that all of us be conscious of each thing that God has to show us. subsequently our faith could evolve with the form of technology. faith could let us know what handed off. technology could let us know the way it handed off. i don't think one can negate the different. the real origins of humanity, the earth, and the universe have yet to be stumbled on. we could continually all shop an open suggestions to this.

to quote the wonderful Eddie Izzard
"If there are a few holes in your theory, you don't therefore go 'f**king magic'".
Besides which you're confusing abogenesis with evolution. Naughty creationist!
But look - I have some skulls!
