I am very old fashioned when it comes to masurbastion, and I feel too shy to do it. I need some advice. I have done the whole dress-up thing with heels and dance, but no "M." I only wish I had the courage to do it. Any suggestions?

As long as she doesn't insert something bigger than my penis it's alright. The most alluring way women masturbate (imho) is by just rubbing themselves with their hands or their fingers . . . it looks like they're having fun and possibly hinting around for some help. I think it's sexy and it's a turn on. If my partner is comfortable enough to do it, I would be happy too. But if you ever do it in front of him make sure you include him first and then work yourself to finish off later after he is done. This way he won't feel left out.

There is nothing wrong with masturbating. Doing it in front of your partner is like foreplay. I love watching my wife touch herself during sex. She has yet to masturbate in front of me, but I have in front of her. What it can also do is get you more in tuned with your own body and what feels good so that when you are with your man you will increase your enjoyment. If you are uncomfortable take to your man. Have you let him so that to you. If not you could try that. You also could consider using a toy. Bottom line, though, is if you are not comfortable with doing something than don't.

Being intimate with your partner isn't always about intercourse with each other. Touching yourself in front of them is a very erotic, passionate and intimate thing to share with someone. If you can't be comfortable to love yourself in front of your partner then you will never be able to be adventurous in your sexual life with them and having that is very healthy.

i usually dont' *** in front of him by doing it but i do play myself some while we are having intercourse. as long as you are not doing it instead of sex with him and he wants to watch you go ahead and do it in front of him. also drink your courage vodka usually does the trick. or maybe some porn would help you loosen up a little. they both worked for me before.
