since last night ive had a twitch just below my bottom lip to the left. What causes this and how do i get rid of it?

It is usually due to tension in the deep muscles around the neck and shoulders. This can also cause temporary tinnitus and headaches.
Anything that will soothe and relax the offending muscles should help. If it is bad (i.e. painful, continual or giving you trouble eating!) and hasn't gone within 48 hours and you've never had it before though then you should consider seeing your doctor.

I get it occasionally from listening to too much Pink Floyd, if you're a Floyd fan try Donny Osmond for change he's very relaxing. Hope this helps

This is called a tic and usually happens when you are stressed.
The go away after a few hours normally.
I used to get them when stressed at work.

Don't worry about it.I had one for 4 months,sometimes as often as every 15mins.You could try massaging the surrounding area.

Could be caused by a bit of stress or by being in
a draft. It is a TIC.

It's happen to all of us. Maybe by muscle fatigue or a irritated nerve. It will go away on it's own.

It can be a calcium deficiency. Drink some milk.
