I just wantes to know if eating (possibly a lot of) sourdough pretzels on a diet are Ok?

They are very low in fat, just make sure they're not loaded with salt.

Eating "possibly a lot of" just about anything probably isn't a good idea. You want a nice balanced intake across the food groups. While pretzels might be low in fat, they are HIGH in salt and could retain water. Moderation, as in all things, is the key.

Pretzels are good food to eat on a diet. They are low in fat, just make sure that the calories are included in your diet plan. Also, try to get salt free pretzels as they aren't loaded with salt.

they aren't bad for you but they don't have much nutritious value and eating a lot of anything isnt good on a diet so I would eat a few for a snack but not a lot try to eat some veges and fruit instead then you'll get some fiber and vitamins

No fat, good taste and filling but keep in mind they are high in sodium/salt.
