Any of the 100 Calorie Packs are good, they also have the 100 calorie cupcakes now - My favorite thing now is the Quaker mini delights (rice cakes). The chocolatey drizzle and the cinnamon swirl one - THEY are great and only 90 calories. You could find them in any supermarket or even in target or walmart.

You know I would go to http://wharris1.qhealthzone.com/ and look at the XS it is what I use for my energy and I have lost 33 lbs since this April and I have so much energy I don't want the day to end and I can really afford to stay with it. Where other things are sooo expensive you give up... It even taste wonderful I personally like Cran-Grape one it taste just like grape soda with no harmful things in it. The vit B-12 in it is 4900% which if you remember in the old days was how woman lost all their weight with a B-12 shot daily.... Ok I wish you luck and hope you do great

buy some regular hard candy. you don't save much by buying the sugar free variety. sucking on hard candy can satisfy a sweet tooth without adding lots of calories. also sucking on a hershey's kiss satisfies the chocolate craving without lots of calories.

I find fruit flavored yogurt does the trick! There are different types now, including whipped textures. There are some chocolate flavors, along with banana cream. YUM!
Also, try soy protein snacks. The apple cinammon flavor is very good!

Learn to eat lots of fruit. Fresh fruit is loaded with nutrients, low in fat an calories, and it's also loaded with sugar.

Make a fruit smoothie with one small scoop of low cal/low fat vanilla ice cream, a banana, and some strawberries. The fruit really helps and makes it better for you.

fruit . . . frozen yogurt (as opposed to ice cream) . . . but the main way is to just watch your portion sizes . . . you can eat the regular Chips Ahoy!, but only eat ONE serving (which i believe is 3 cookies) . . . reserve higher calorie sweets for special occasions
