I'm 5'9" (female) and am currently tyring to get into better shape. I know that I should weight between 125-165 pounds. I'm currently on the higher end. I've got an athletic build and am trying to trim while tone but I want to know what I should aim for in terms of weight loss on the follwoing plan.
I'm on a 1200 - 1500 a day calorie limit. I walk my dog 1 hour every day ( twice at 30 minutes). I rollerblade (in-line skate) 45 mins a day and lift upperbody and do core work every other day from 30 mins.
Based on that information, can someone give me an idea what I should expect in terms of weekly weight loss?
