If a girl constantly hugs you and flirts with you, She probably likes you, but she's Maybe not ready to have a boyfriend right now. Or she could possibly just be playing you and doing that with every guy. Some girls flirt with all the guys, just so all of them will ask her out, ( so she can brag about how all these guys asked her out ).
What NOT makes a woman attracted to a man?
- Being extremely perverted.
- Ignoring her over their guy friends constantly
- Playas
- Being complete Snobs and buttheads.
And yeah, that's it lol.

She may have entertained the idea but decided against it, she could be shy too. Flirting as we all know, is really fun, and a great ego boost. Maybe there's something about you that makes her apprehensive, perhaps you're being too forward.
Women like mystery, suspense, excitement, risk, that is what peaks desire. Also, keep this in mind, Scarcity creates value. Which means, if you make yourself seem busy, or occupied, lots of plans, etc. and don't see her as often, she'll associate the time with you as valuable. If you're just getting to know her, dont' spill your life story to her off the bat. Keep her wanting more with little tidbits of info. Keeps her interest levels high. Once it drops, the desire goes poof.
Without desire, you got nothing.

Sometimes women feel a mild attraction or just simple caring for a guy and yes, she will hug on him, sit in his lap, tease him, joke around, etc....but this doesn't necessarily mean see is looking at him as a prospective boyfriend. To her, he is only a friend. Guys are the same, they like to flirt with alot of girls, but they don't necessarily want to date them all.

I for one, am a very flirtatious person. I have several male friends I flirt with. They flirt back. Nothing is meant by it. It's all in good fun. Then again, we're all in our 20s and 30s, so we're largely over the BS of "mixed signals". We're the type of people who are very clear about our feelings when we're attracted to others.

I'm not attracted to a guy who doesn't take care of himself. He needs to be fresh and stylish. ********* is a big no no too. Also, I can't stand guys to joke around all of the time. It gets annoying. Anyway, if a girl is constantly all over you but won't date you, she might just be a really friendly friend. She might also just want some if you know what I mean.

That girl is a tease. Forget her.
I'm attracted to honesty, a guy not trying to be cool, respect, and integrity. If I can tell that you actually give a flip about other people, I'm all over that. I'm not materialistic, so I like a guy who isn't all about brand-name clothes and stuff like that.
I like guys who are into x-box 360, waterskiing, martial arts, running, movies, reading, outdoor activities, extreme sports, and politics. Or at least trying something new. I like them to know what they believe, but also be open-minded to a reasonable extent.
Sense of humor is huge. I like to laugh and have fun. I like the guy to be humble enough to be able to risk rejection/a blow to the man-ego by going up to a girl they like and flat-out asking them out. But not in a cocky way.
I'm not into clingy or ultra-romantic. Writing me a love poem is a dealbreaker unless it's excellent.

She may just want to be friends. If we don't feel attracted to someone, the list of possible reasons are endless so I really can't speak for her. Don't wait for someone who won't wait for you or pursue someone who won't pursue you. I don't know the whole story, but I do know that you deserve someone who will not tease you. Find yourself a girl who's just as interested, and be all about her.

I have no idea. I would assume that all the hugs and flirting was for your benefit. Maybe she doesn't realise she is flirting ( my sis is like that, 40 and still doesn't realize she is flriting and how niave she is)
Best ask her and let her know that she is sending out confusing signals.

Some girls naturally like to flirt with everybody.. even with guys they are not attracted to or they do not want to be in a relationship with. I know several girls like that. notice her with other guys and you will prolly see her doing the same things to them that she does to you.
